Only 26 12b-25s have been filed today for all SEC filers. Also, companies do not file 13gs. The individual shareholder does.

Technically 12b-25s are due on Monday, not today.

Late Filings are definitely NOT a bad thing at all in my experience with Pennies! Oftentimes thats a hallmark of a more legitimate company that seeks to have accurate financial statements. I hope they are using this extra time to double and triple check the s statements and get them audited.
