Late Filings are definitely NOT a bad thing at all in my experience with Pennies! Oftentimes thats a hallmark of a more legitimate company that seeks to have accurate financial statements. I hope they are using this extra time to double and triple check the s statements and get them audited.

All of my posts on this board and everywhere else have been my opinion and my thoughts on the situation I am discussing at the moment. I encourage everyone reading my posts to conduct their own thorough Due Dilligence and make their own choices independen
