$ ELRA. There are other stocks on I-Hub that have been doing 8-k,s and 13G,s that has the same late 10q today as the very next one i looked at had a late filing PR on thiers also and thier 8-k was also late. Like you say late filings are not always a bad thing & sometimes helpful as for as other News to go with them. GO > $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ ELRA
