"Operating history" is a finance term that is generally recognized to require the generation of revenue. CTIX technically does not have an operating history.

Thanks LR. Good catch. There goes that theory for Nasdaq soon. I did not connect Operating history with Revenue. Looks like it NYSE-MKT or wait for 3 months of holding over $4 to go to the Nasdaq.
