Keep in mind that I CONCLUDED the meaning from anecdotal stuff....Every instance where I found the phrase "no operating history" the company also had no revenue. I never found a source that said "a company's operating history is measured from the time it first has revenue". If you see a reliable source that either confirms or refutes my understanding please be sure to post it.
