I agree Legal. Keeping CC happy and getting their DC's up to snuff should be their priority. With that said...I would'nt mind a PR about something! LOL
BINGO, legal! Why spend what little funds you have advertising anyplace else than with your biggest partner? Right now, THAT is where the money should be going. Inventory and Instore promotions. Service CC as efficient as possible, and the rest will follow. WHY do people want to siphon money away from providing service to our potentially most lucrative partner right now? Defies logic!
