Any idea on what the GnF Satellite Channel is costing ! JF will not tell us for good reason. But his ego loves having GnF Entertainment, race cars, e-tour golf, etc.

Sure, your philosophy makes sense ONLY if the focus was on servicing CC. But the other rabbit trails are spending a fortune. With only 6,000 subs last filing, the money needs to improve cost per sub count near term. Then get into racing, entertainment, e-golf, it will all still be avaliable.

There is a reason that we never get the details on cost for these ventures.

So if we spend the money ANYWAY, then why not for marketing and advertising like NFLX does.

Ask JF what GnF Entertainment is costing. He is gagged on this too. LOL.

look at the latest filing (from around two weeks ago). in it, they state something to the effect that they will double or triple the advertising this year over last. don't anyone worry -- the advertising is coming BIG time...

Sentinel, why do you think nflx and bbi have ads on every web page right now? It is the most profitable route for online rental companies. They don't have to pay any commission to anyone, and nearly EVERYONE in the U.S watches movies and could use our service.

Maybe if gzfx increased their inventory and stopped worrying about vod for the time being, they could handle the load of subs that online rentals will bring. THis alone will bring in large revenue.

The deal with CC is fine, but 30 dollars is wasted on each sub, with only 5 - 10 subs a week per store.

Why not throw our name on yahoo and get subs in the hundred thousands, w/out paying the commissions.
