How is any of this discussion any more ridiculous than buying millions of dollars of property on credit with no ability to pay or of anonymous investors paying $19+ million for control of a broke pinkie or of said ghost investors allowing the SEC registration to lapse or of four investments in the company portfolio being associated with scamsters or of re-registration in a foreign country etc, etc.
