Great interesting post. Thank you. I have been racking my brain about this also because the timing seems to have no immediate needed purpose. Leo seems to do things with a calculated purpose. Your postulations are much food for thought.

What if they tapped most of the Aspire money, and that's why the stock couldn't get real legs after the top line results? Somebody was happily selling large chunks the whole time. Needed the shelf if they did this.

If B is the real deal, nobody is going to want to pay the premium CTIX is going to ask right now, so go it alone into phase 3.

I want to see a better BOD assembled, and curious why we haven't yet. No uplist until.

As you stated, I'm sure we'll find out some of the answers from Leo soon.
