Zeev

"Martha is going to jail because she did not contribute to the "right people", Ken Lay on the other hand got himself an immunity, the same immunity that Saudi Price has for using inside information before 9/11 to buy tons of puts on airlines and insurance companies...."

so cynical you have become...I agree with all except she will NOT go to jail.

What was it that Saudi Prince knew?

Zeev - Martha is in trouble because she is greedy and in deeper trouble because she either did not receive, or did not heed good legal advice. Your assertion that her troubles arise from a lack of proper political contributions are - with due respect for your financial savvy - absurd.

Three years ago I got the "privilege" of being on the county grand jury for two months. Not jury duty, but grand jury duty. The grand jury gets a first look (very brief look) at everything and gives it a thumbs up or down. It is now my opinion that justice in america is how much money do you have and who do you know. The DA can look the other way or agree to about any kind of settlement he wants to. If the DA or his equivalent for state and federal doesn't bring a case to the grand jury any perpetrator basically gets away scott free.

Most DAs appear to be in it for the politics. Assistant attorneys are rejects that couldn't get a job at a real law firm.

I'm fully loaded with bu$$ tickets. Any thoughts on playing it tommorrow? Every single time I sell a few shares so I can buy them back at a discount, it starts a new run up. Last time I sold a few at $16.69 only to buy them back for $17.45 the next day. My wife had me sell hers the day before it ran over $18 and now she is kicking herself (she got in at $12.58, so she will get over it).
Did you graduate today? (ggg)
Big storm here, I think I better get off line now, but thanks in advance for your thoughts!!!

<Martha is going to jail because she did not contribute to the "right people">. Perhaps, or did all da boyz who have done the same thing in spades find a patsy?. Somebody should do hard time for all the wrongs that have been done?...

Hi Zeev,

Do you have a link that discusses Ken Lays immunity? I haven't been following this for about a year and did not realize that he was granted immunity.

Thanks
