My Opinion! Leo and Dr Menon are so focused and Zeroed in to what's going on they are going at this alone for the Big Bucks knowing we are sitting on Billions!

Nothing can be assumed regarding partnership or not based on this shelf registration. In my opinion this will strengthen the company's negotiating position, especially if they have the science on their side.
