I don't see where our trustee has brought up the matter of the CTs, Cotton had to do it for us. Wonder what Judge Sullivan thinks of that!


can the judge act on the TRUPs by himself or does he need our trustee to bring it up?

bnym filed claims for CTs, but other than that, they have not pursued our interests. Cotton got us on the docket at least, an answer is necessary.

We will find out more information by reading the dockets in case 11-cv-6760. Judge Sullivan has the facts and a vision for the $6.9 Billion in cash. Maybe, the Plaintiff, Lehman Brothers, will add me to this case or discuss LBHI TRuPS with judge Sullivan.
