Can the judge act on the TRUPs by himself or does he need our trustee to bring it up?



We will find out more information by reading the dockets in case 11-cv-6760. Judge Sullivan has the facts and a vision for the $6.9 Billion in cash. Maybe, the Plaintiff, Lehman Brothers, will add me to this case or discuss LBHI TRuPS with judge Sullivan.
