How about this, a transfer of monies(cash) owed to CT's to preferred and common in exchange for "new stock", +++++++++++ Doesn't work that way. There is hierarchical rule that must be followed in asset ownership. Anyway, my comment was only a opinion over speculation but in fact, I'm still very optimistic with CTs.
