How about this, a transfer of monies(cash) owed to CT's to preferred and common in exchange for "new stock",

Doesn't work that way. There is hierarchical rule that must be followed in asset ownership.
Anyway, my comment was only a opinion over speculation but in fact, I'm still very optimistic with CTs.
