What? So now you are saying what's the big deal if they don't file.

The big deal is that the ticker will be revoked - just as the other tickers were revoked when Hipple walked away after being suspended.

There is no company - there never was a company - it was a share selling scheme right from the rip.

AEGY and SKTO are dead tickers - even Asher dumped at 0.0001.

They're too busy making money in the street which is exactly what I'd want them to be doing as an investor to be honest.

Or, at the very least, indicate which filing you're speaking of?
