Concerning the Houston closure, you are absolutely spot on. My brother has lived there for over 30 years, and part-time, not to mention cheap, labor is plentiful for exactly the reasons you cite.
YOU ARE WRONG. Did this company not pay their payroll taxes? We all know the didn't. You can't sugarcoat that fact with anything othere to say the CEO is an idiot. How do you knowingly neglect to pay PAYROLL taxes with the money that should have been set aside to do just that and try and imply your legit? As for the debt. My point exactly why would any CEO continue to add huge amount of debt by opening new places that he knows first hand will put the company even father in debt. Wouldn't you think he would decide to concentrate on making the ones he already had perform better or like Houston decide to close them. As for Houston all most all the markets this company is in has the same labor problems. Do we really think its only a Houston problem. Every city they have venues deals with all those issues. Maybe that's why they can't make it in all those new places. As for there growth in revenue WOW! GEE how did they ever do it. Oh wait I know they are comparing revenue of 31 places as opposed to 15. Even if they aren't close to carrying there own weight they at least bump the revenue numbers to pat his ego
