So how do you blame RSHN because you can't get an answer from Whole Foods? As other have stated they have bought it at thier local Whole Foods. Therefore it is being sold at Whole Foods. Maybe your local store is to blame for miscommunication.

You have already stated that you are interested in RSHN but at a lower price. Excuse me if this makes me leery of your motives in trying to find things wrong but it does.

Peng,

Excuse me please if I missed something, not sure where the two year thing came from for getting onto shelves? I used the Walmart analogy because they have by all accounts an awesome distribution network, with state of the art tracking and shipping which also impacts the price they can sell goods at. I imagine Whole Foods to be much more chaotic plus they use smaller"niche" suppliers much more. I doubt individual store managers keep up with every product in thier stores, I'd assume it would be delegated to Department Heads. My suggestion would be to call the Whole Food's Regional Office for your area, funny the UK is covered by Cambridge, MA. Anyhow, for some reason I have the idea you are in Florida, which is it's own region: Florida
7700 Peters Road
Plantation, FL 33324
954.370.4800
954.370.3940 fax
