You found a video of "FCPG real estate," eh? Did they own it or lease it or share it with 50 other tenants, which is common with warehouses?

Did you run a title check in China to see who has title to it or has security interests? Perhaps they were just paying for ad rights, like many firms do with major sports venues? I've also seen lots of Photoshopped names on structures connected to scam investments. When caught, the firm will claim it was an architectural rendering of their remodeling plans ... for the future.
