Hey Bar, let's be realistic, if you have so much negative feeling about this company, and if you are almost certain that it will behave like many other Chinese penny stock companies that are now trading below the penny level, then my suggestion to you would be to act on what you preach and make plenty of profit when First China demise comes about!
Just sell this stock "naked short" starting immediately, which would probably bring the price up as you continue selling and then wait for the moment when the bad news gets released to the shareholders, and then you cover your short sales for less than a penny--a 400% profit from the present price!
