How are they going to collect that data? Don't describe the technology, that's a given.

Tell me how they are going to get people with common sense to wear that rig?

Without a broad spectrum of input the data will be meaningless and skewed toward the behavior of those foolish enough to volunteer to participate.

I am very concerned about this whole issue. And it's not just this future stuff, it's the data collection already going on and being used... such as financial data. I'd like to see a law passed that requires my permission to use my data rather than having to look for those inserts they send you with extremely tiny print that say they will unless you reply and ask them not to. There's been some recent legal battles between the state of CA and some big financial institutions... I'll dig up that info.
