Tech, you also need to ask yourself: IF those 26 million shares were sold, then who BOUGHT those 26 million shares. Even at $0.15 per share, that's still $3.9 million!

I emailed her a couple of days ago asking if financing plans were ongoing and planned to close Oct 15 and also probed if anything negative is up that could have been leaked to warrant the market feeling a 30 mil cap was reasonable and surprisingly she responded that same day:
