MONTHS until the Actsoft merger may or may not go through? Well that does make it exciting for the approaching date of record on the dividend. And is the OTC BB acquisition jeopardized as well? Along with the subterfuge Moody and Big Apple do have a flair for the dramatic. I think their main objective is still clear: keep the company hidden behind the PK curtain and keep selling via the MM's. MHO.

Thanks for the info. I am so curious as to what this new company is trading at. Wish we knew who it was. It sounds like,(by your post), that the new company is way below the PPS of .50. Seems they are saying the merger will bring the price to the intended .50? But, will we be the first to hear about the announcement or will the MM's hear about it from Big Apple first? Just hate that PR company.
