Followed up on direction of new company, Rodney at Apple is saying that it would make sense for the new company to be retail driven with Actsoft and HISS to stay on the Homeland Security/Port direction. He also said that any news on Sprint/Nextel would be from Sprint/Netel as they begin to train and sell the product. He feels that the Actsoft revenue will drive the new companys PPS and that is why .50 is not far fetched. Actsoft was with them when they met last week and he did not have info on the merger, only that they were still working together and that the merger could take weeks to months, but hopefully before the May 30th date. He asked me to contact him later this week for news on Proscec/Export info
