No, look at the filing.. What it's saying that back in Dec 2013 he purchased 120m shares for $120k (not chump change btw) and as of today's filing he has over 113m left.. Meaning out of those 120m, less than 7m sold TOTAL.
Then in a separate table it shows him buying 5m worth and to date of the filing- still has that 5m
These are two separate things.
But if you want to combine them like you are- it would be 125m- about 7m total.
He's only sold less than 7m total.
and even if it was 12m which it isn't.. that's really nothing over almost a year period.. that alone gets bought/sold in first hour today practically.
The main point in all this is that all these bs comments screaming that the CEO is dumping all these shares, share selling scam.. blah blah is bunch of bs.. They have officially filed showing exactly what's going on .
