1. You stated that ED sold 1.2 Million shares to spend. This would equal to $2,160.00. Selling at 0.0018. Not smart
2. Even if he was selling these shares it would be out of the 250,000 shares that have been added to float. Not smart.
3. You stated that SEGI had been diluted in the billions. I think you would agree that this has not happen as of this date. Not factual
4. You said no institution would invest in sub penny stock. I will bet that this has happened in the past. Possibly not factual
Let's think about the following:
1. ED has two brothers and one sister who are very well educated and professionals. I believe they have a financial interest that can help their brother. Possible
2. Canadian's are vested in SEGI. Family and friends. Probable
3. Stock price have risen in the last several months. Factual
4. GR8, has posted that he believes that Strong Hands hold over 650,000 shares out of the 750,000. Excluding the new 250,000. Probable.
5. T-Trades have just been introduced in the last few days. Factual
6. Market cap has increased at a steady pace. Factual
7. Negotiations are ongoing. Possible DND in place. Possible
8. ED seems to know the business and knows influential people. Factual
9. No investor has released 5 million or more shares to date. Factual
10. If GR8 is correct an MM's or institutional investors have 50 Million shares would it benefit them to scare investors in dropping the price after hours. Possible.
Compadre, I have entered this game and it is a game. Negotiations should always be entered from a point of Strength and not weakness. I have learned a little bit and made a little money and I have put a certain percentage back in SEGI because I believe.
