It was raised and it is a billion and with the debt issued it will be "officially" raised into the billions Ed waits until last minute to do it When I made that statement Ed had told the TA about the increase that was coming , when I found this out I assumed it was done already, which was my misunderstanding. It certainly was not a lie and you see it was just raised officially a few days ago You will see the billions very soon You can call me whatever you want but it is what it is You were just diluted over 25% and will be "officially" diluted by much more in the near future
