Good question but until proof is shown to me Otherwise I will hold. Compare this one with so many other "Kool-aid" stocks. Big difference here with big name connections. Looking at these guys past has lead to no scams. AS/OS hasn't been increased to billion(s) like those other stocks too. Asher for some is considered scam, but for some legit guys it's a neccesary evil... IMHO of course. I want this to skyrocket and want news as bad as any here but for now have remained patient until I see fit otherwise. For now the news and connections have been good but super slow. Many other stocks would have gone to .00 with that. Holding/accumulation here has been incredible to say the least. I believe for now in this company's future as do others and am glad this board has not been like so many others. Legit questions are good in regards to late filings/news etc...I will agree to that but companies have their reasons. Again until more concrete negative news comes I believe this one will make it.

The apparent issue was one little note and a re-audit. I don't believe that "is" the real issue here. It's just way too quite....and I feel that something else is going on that will change the company's position significantly. If I'm wrong.....so be it.
