Thank you stervc for your insight and answer. I think you are right on the money with those thoughts. County approval was the more difficult task and State approval will follow very shortly. With now knowing how GroPro and Prosperous Valley fits in the business structure, It is easy to see where MCHI is headed and how undervalued it really is at these levels...

Thanks again,

Can a mod sticky the post from stervc? He gives an excellent description about how the money/funding is taking place for the INCC operations! TIA

On your valuation posts that are stickied you mention actually growing marijuana and how many plants can be grown on the MEHOS property mentioning valuations over $15/share.
Given this company has defined itself as something else those valuations wouldn't apply would they? In order not to mislead investors they should be removed.

SARASOTA, Fla., Sept. 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- International Consolidated Companies, Inc. (OTC Pink: INCC), a provider of logistical and technological services to the medical marijuana industry through its wholly owned subsidiary, Medical Cannabis Holdings, Inc., has announced that it has completed the restructuring of its core businesses and operational focus, as follows:

Perhaps a new valuation post using those &1 million per month leases would be more appropriate.
Even though I don't believe for a moment that will ever happen.
