All my info comes from the SEC admin proceeding. If you don't want to believe the SEC, that is not my problem.

The company didn't respond during the 10 day period, that is how we know the order was served.

Therfore we do not know when the 120 day period for the "initial" decision begins.

Per the order: "IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Administrative Law Judge shall issue an initial
decision no later than 120 days from the date of service of this Order"

Here's the funny thing. RAY* got notified by the SEC a lot sooner than ASYI, but RA*S got officially delisted a lot, lot sooner.

ASYI still hanging around. Hmmmmm.....
