Brad you really havn't answered any of my questions. It is ok to admitt you do not know. I have read the links you are referring to and that is why I asked the previous questions. We do not know when and if the order has been served upon ASYI. Therfore we do not know when the 120 day period for the "initial" decision begins. Also, please do not re-link the same information if you do not know the answers. TIA
