Folks - If news were fake, the Billion dollar companies it claims to be doing serious business with (Ticker: PTEC) would be all over it. Also, Asian partner bought common shares at 3 Cents per Share as mentioned on August 8th PR. Today's pending acquisition of multi-million dollar company is just the start of a very lucrative partnership in Asia. As soon as the transfers happen, ELRA will be raking in massive amounts of cash. Read News, its incredible. This is not your typical stinky pinky. A R/S was cancelled for good reason, similar to that why companies do Share Buy Backs. It shows serious confidence in the business model.
