Also, Asian partner bought common shares at 3 Cents per Share as mentioned on August 8th PR. Today's pending acquisition of multi-million dollar company is just the start of a very lucrative partnership in Asia. As soon as the transfers happen, ELRA will be raking in massive amounts of cash.
