So deep down our CEO Mr. Leopold had somewhere in his mind that a time like this could & possibly would take place; knowing that the price of NBRI could & would fall to the levels that we are experiencing now.
Having the voting power to control the company against a take-over of the company may be needed so be glad that this plan is active to use.
Very Good planning if that time ever comes, but this plan can not and wil never work if the company does not find enough gold to sustain and to pay the bills, or NBRI will go bankrupt in the future.
