Oldcoins, as has been stated here numerous times by myself and many others. Bankruptcy isn't a possibility outside of some major disaster.
NBRI only has to pay the Ruby mortgage and that is its only payment obligation. If they would default on that they would lose the Ruby, again very unlikely but a slim possibility.
