Toogood: The contingent claims are waiting on the outcome or settlement of the LBHI/JPMCB lawsuit.

The CTs should have been out of here (assumed by Barclays Capital) and riding in the bus with Barclays Capital after the LBI purchase. You should be looking at the ghost of the CTs in LBHI class 10B today and not the real deal!
