The latest filing discusses the split but does not say what the ratio will be. I think that means it is yet to be determined.

DB, You are correct I also remember over a year ago somewhere stating something if there ever was a split some language about a 10 for 1 max but boy times have changed and with a major firm behind us and potentially big acquisitions pending whatever this dynamic management team decides we both agree will be for the long term benefit of the company. I'm sure soon the guessing will be over so we wait and see.
