cliffnotes, I recall it being stated that the reverse would be no more than 1:10, but sorry can't provide a link 
If the 1:10 is not valid, I'm personally fine w/whatever is decided as I understand (from your past posts) that it is the valuation that counts & I have every faith that management will do what's best for the company & for our best interests.
