I remember when I purchased this stock at .17-.21 and it dwindled down to the .05-.03 ranges....what is your take on these new developments? and is there any reason why these Controlling people in the company will not make the needed changes to at least get the stock to a cleaner Tier on these Pinksheet markets> The only thing keeping it down maybe the fundamental issues, problems, with not making the stock a ?material reporting up to date Company? It seems like there maybe some fishy going ons at KLYG head quarters, thus explaining the reason of being a company trading on such a Low level Market tier.
There is a Warning sign on the OTC markets on being a Buyer of this stock...That is a big issue in my eyes on becoming a Long once again
