How can that be if they can short at will and do what they want, when they want? And if so, what will force the ultimate short covering to start if that's the case? How can it be both?

No real shares of TelVue to be had. It is going to be expensive for those short when they are forced to buy back all the counterfeits they have sold. Go TEVE!!!
