No kidding. That's what makes the photo a joke. He put a caption on it about refueling.

Bear in mind that Howarth came in to this with NO mining experience, but he is an experienced businessman. He knows how to PR and dump shares. He knows how to move money around to himself and make a comfy living. For example, a large portion of profits from the Suriname operation (if any) goes directly into Renard, which Howath controls. GYST is at the bottom of the ladder when it comes to getting anything.

That looks like a radiator which is a component of a cooling system for the pumps, similar to a radiator in a car. It circulates the water/coolant mixture through the radiator which is made up of many rows for the coolant to flow through. There's a fan blowing cool air through the radiator and is designed to cool the coolant/water mixture. Once cooled, it recirculates through the pump to prevent the pump from overheating. Radiators don't require gas. The picture is erroneously captioned "refueling the pumps". Surely whoever is managing the flickr website and taking the pictures is not an on site worker with ample knowledge of the equipment.
