Well… I see Ronny (sometimes Ronnie) Halperin is interim president and director. He's Kevin Sepe's best buddy.

And if that's his current status, you should report it to the SEC. He has a lifetime ban on involvement with penny stocks, I believe, thanks to his settlement in the Recycle Tech case.
