We don't need any monetary reward from FDA... all we need is justice served then the shorties will automatically squeezed to get enough $$$ to cover for those lost and then some.

I'm not a lawyer, but I believe there is something called the "Tucker Law" which says you can sue a government agency for money.

Any lawyers in the audience?
