And I have consistently shown respect for the views of the NO voters who come forward and cite reasonable rationales like the ones you cite. I've said that while I disagree with those views, I respect them and believe that reasonable minds can differ.

But I don't have the same good feeling about the folks behind the PR.

Personally I wouldn't give much creedence to lobbying efforts from anonymous people. If they won't put their good names behind what they believe in, why should I believe there is any credibility in what they say? Usually people proceeding anonymously have something to hide other than just their names.

There's no good reason for anonymity in this and if they were trying to lobby, that choice to remain anonymous only hurt their efforts rather than helping.

But I do agree that there are good and reasonable reasons to vote NO and still be acting in what one sincerely believes is in the best interests of this company and its shareholders.

But that's okay if we don't agree on this or anything else. Because we can both be civil while doing so!

PS: Please make the rain go away! Even if it means putting away that bbq!
