Phil. My opinion was stated right at the top of the article. Plain for EVERYONE to see.
I really don't think I'll be posting much here anymore.
Now there are going to be opinions on what a rant is. LOL!
Oh well.
It was fun at the beginning. You can have fun with your rules.

It was getting boring anyways.

Most of the people didn't care what was right or wrong anyway.

Most here all they cared about was could they make the point for being a conservative or a liberal.

And you all wonder why nothing gets done with the system we got.

Morning Phil and welcome.

Good luck with the new position. I just got here and saw that I had 219 unread RANTS posts. Started doing a little skimming. Nothing worth the time to read through all of them... SOS.

So it goes.

Have fun <g>,

RANT: Phil...Oh I Got Some Rants!!! But it's mostly about simple minded ninny's (I'll find out if that's allowed) following me around and TOSing my posts because just because I beat them in a debate or proved them wrong. I have not changed my style one bit since I have been here, and I have never been TOS'd before. Now I have, and not because it offended them, but because they could and they are sore losers.

I believe these people have very sad and lacking lives and just can't win in any other way.

I Know Who You Are, You ^*%&$&#&$$#%!!!

Now; TOS That!!!, HARRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But wholesale copying and pasting of articles needs to be eliminated.

Why? If the article in question sums up my Rant and I feel editing out a portion does damage to my whole Rant; then it should be posted in it's entirety. You also do a disservice of the author of the article by editorializing his article. Something that is happening way too much of in the press today. Sound bites, or in this case news bites can be way too subjective.

I have read many an article where although it may have a liberal flavor; it does state the opposition's point of view. And of course vice versa.

A good Rant has to have meat to it. And leave an opening for response. The recent insurance debate was a case in point. Had not the whole articles been presented you might not have chosen to join in the debate.

IMO if you don't want to read the article don't. To date I don't think IHUB has placed a restriction on the length of a post!
