Thank you for the direct answer to my original question.

Isn't that ROT-13 encryption program neat? There was a while where a few people used it and thought that no one else could read what they were saying, both on SI and IHub. It was very funny to be able to understand it all when they thought they were speaking secretly. Kinda like having the secret decoder ring. :)
