I am not attacking the site manager's credibility, I am merely stating observations and questioning why IHUB has to be change from its original concept.

Bob will do whatever he is going to do and the IHUB concept changes that may or may not happen, we all can either go elsewhere or deal with it. But you do like to post over and over again the same scenario so that is the key to the answer of that sentence also the circular reference.

Oh Poet when you see the answer it is going to blow you away.

What puzzled me in breaking the code was the word "Secret" not being spelled right. But I love a challenge. The answer form the initial post took me to the ROT13 translator.
