Matt: I still believe your official iHub definition of "spam" is very subjective and ambiguous. It is clearly subject to bias. Because the unpopular points of view are the ones being reported, this kind of definition can be used as censorship.
Only the first criteria is objective and clear. The rest are so vague they are 100% subject to your interpretation.
Spam is defined as:
* Posting about a stock(s) that is not relevant to the board you are posting to;
* Continually posting the same or similar information;
* Posting statements that do not add value to the discussion;
* Posting excessively on one or more message board(s);
* As well posting something that is completely off-topic to the current discussion.
Again, I ask that you please consider a more objective and unambiguous definition.
