It's spam as defined by the TOU. You are posting the same thing, over and over and over again; and it's not even related to any current discussion going on. I explained it to you via pm over the course of an hour or so. You obviously didn't like my explanation and are now taking it up for public discussion. If I have a problem of "what" you were bringing up, I'd delete all the others times you've mentioned it. Quite the contrary. It's the repetition of the material. I've done the same thing on the long side to those that keep doing it.
With a few folks, I've allowed myself to be far too open for discussion of deletions, to the point where it gets abused. I can assure you, this discussion won't get out of hand, especially considering all the time I put into explaining it to you privately.
