Based on the fact-filled Press Release I have decided to change my tune on STTK. Those words have convinced me that the company is out to save the world from bird flu, and therefore deserves to make zillions of dollars, and is a great stock.
Between the backlog and the new PO that's $10 Million in pending biz. Perhaps more on the way. Electronically policing poultry farms is about the only way I can think of containing the Bird Flu in these Asian countries that are so at risk. That this little company had the right idea at the right time (and maybe some Chinese connections) does not necessarily constitute your basic Canadian stock scam. This very well might be the real deal. The Chinese installation will be a great beta test. Meanwhile there are some large scale medical training exercises scheduled over the summer in HK and Sing. Awareness of the potential is not going to go away and STTK has a licensee set up there. Trade the whip cracks, have fun, but longer term this might be a great play too.
